PPT97: Presenter Unaware When Network Connection Lost

SYMPTOMS

During a presentation conference, if the network connection is lost, the presenter is not notified. From that point on, whatever the presenter does is not observed on the audience machine.

RESOLUTION

A member of the audience should contact the presenter to reestablish the presentation conference.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Microsoft products listed at the beginning of this article.
