SUMMARY

PowerPoint does not have an AutoNumbering feature. To create a numbered list, you must manually type a number at the beginning of each paragraph.

Microsoft has also made available an add-in to PowerPoint called the Numbered Bullets Add-in that you can use to create sequentially numbered bullet lists in your presentations.
