SYMPTOMSWhen you return to Microsoft PowerPoint after quit using Visual Basic Editor, the presentation that was active before you started the Visual Basic Editor is no longer the active presentation. CAUSEYou have multiple presentations open, while you were using Visual Basic Editor, you switched to the project of another presentation. When you quit Visual Basic Editor, the active presentation in Visual Basic Editor becomes the active presentation in PowerPoint. RESOLUTIONTo return to the presentation that was active before you started Visual Basic Editor, use the Project Explorer to select an item in the project of that presentation, and then quit Visual Basic Editor.
