SUMMARY
This article provides a sample Microsoft Visual Basic for Applications
macro that saves the active presentation in PowerPoint 4.0, 7.0, and
2000 formats.

NOTE: You will recieve a runtime error if the proper translators have not been installed. To ensure that the proper translators are installed, you must save as Microsoft PowerPoint 4 and Microsoft PowerPoint 7 format at least once manually, from within PowerPoint. This will trigger the Office installer to load the necessary translators if they are not present.
