SYMPTOMSIf you delete all the content from an interactive bullet and then deselect the bullet, you are unable to add content when you attempt to select the content area of the bullet. CAUSEIf there is nothing inside the content area of an interactive bullet, the width of the content box is zero. Even if you select the "Interactive Bullet Content" area in the timeline, the box is not wide enough to allow you to insert any object into the box. RESOLUTIONTo resolve this issue, use one of the following methods. Method 1: Delete the Interactive Bullet and Re-insert It
Method 2: Turn on the Show All feature
