VIZACT: Short Sound Appears Forever on Timeline

SYMPTOMS

If you insert a sound on a page and save the page, the sound appears to play forever on the timeline. If you select the sound, it shows the actual length of time that it plays.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, follow these steps:

Open the page that has the sound in Vizact.

Right-click the sound in the timeline, and click Format Timing.

In the Format Timing dialog box, click OK.

NOTE: This will explicitly set the length of time the sound plays. This will correct the issues in the timeline.
