VIZACT: Interactive Bullet Icon Can Be Selected If Paragraph Above Interactive Bullet Is Deleted

SYMPTOMS

You can select the Interactive Bullet icon, and the icon is no longer on the same line as the Interactive Bullet title.

CAUSE

Part of the Interactive Bullet itself has been deleted. The Interactive Bullet must be completely intact to work properly.

WORKAROUND

You can try to realign the icon with the Interactive Bullet title, and then the Interactive Bullet may still work as expected. However, you may find it difficult to line the Interactive Bullet up correctly.

Because some of the Interactive Bullet was deleted, it is best to replace the Interactive Bullet. To do so, follow these steps:

1. On a page on which you want to use Interactive Bullets, insert each Interactive Bullet where you want it to appear.



2. Copy the text, object, and images that you want to appear into the Interactive Bullet text box.



3. Do this for each Interactive Bullet on the page.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Microsoft products listed at the beginning of this article.
