SYMPTOMSWhen you open a page that requires authentication, you may receive the following error message: where <server> is the name of the server you are trying to access and <page> is the name of the page you are trying to access. NOTE: This behavior may occur when you click a file in your most recently used list, when you click the Edit button in Internet Explorer, or when you type an HTTP address in the Open dialog box. CAUSEIf the location is configured to require authentication to browse the page, Vizact returns the error when it tries to open the page because Vizact does not properly pass any authentication credentials to the server. MORE INFORMATIONIf you want to edit a location that requires authentication, you must create a Web folder and open the file directly from the Web folder in Vizact. To do this, follow these steps:
