Method 3: Use Show/Hide Button on Formatting ToolbarThe Show/Hide button on the Formatting toolbar turns on or off the All option for Formatting Marks on the View tab, under Options on the Tools menu.NOTE: This command does not turn off any formatting marks options that have previously been individually selected.
