SYMPTOMS
When you click Send To Mail Recipient on the File menu in Word, the Personal Stationary template does not appear in the new mail message. CAUSEThe Send To command transfers the current document in Microsoft Word to a MAPI-compliant messaging program (for example, Microsoft Exchange or Microsoft Outlook). In transferring the file, the Send To command does not activate the Personal Stationery theme. WORKAROUNDTo keep the Personal Stationery theme look in your e-mail message, use one of the following methods. Method 1: Copy and Paste Your Word Document to a New Message
