SYMPTOMS
When you use the WordBasic.FormatPicture commands in Visual Basic for Applications to crop a picture, the resulting size is incorrect.
CAUSE
The scale percent is ignored in Visual Basic for Applications. RESOLUTIONMicrosoft provides programming examples for illustration only, without
