SYMPTOMSWhen you insert a Picture From File or an Object into a Word document, there is not an option to insert the picture or object as "Float over text." WORKAROUND
When you insert a Picture From File or an Object, Word (by default) places the picture or object in-line with the text of your document. There is not an option, as in earlier versions of Word, to insert your picture or object as "Float over text." Method 1: Set a Text Wrapping Style for Your Picture or Object

NOTE: The use of this macro causes Word to always insert your Picture From File as "Float over text," even if you remove (delete) the macro. To restore Word back to inserting your Picture From File as "In-line with text," replace your InsertPicture macro with the following:
Method 3: Use a Macro to Insert Your Object As Float Over TextThe following macro code inserts your object with a wrapping style of "Top and bottom," as in earlier versions of Word.
