SYMPTOMSWhen you open or quit Word, your AutoExec and AutoExit macros fail to run as expected. CAUSE
If Microsoft Outlook is running with WordMail turned on as your e-mail editor, the AutoExec and AutoExit macros fail to run when you start or quit Word. WORKAROUND
To work around this problem, use one of the following methods:
