SYMPTOMS
When you attempt to apply a heading style to the text in a table cell by using a shortcut key, Microsoft Word applies the change to every other paragraph in the same table cell or in the same row of the table.
NOTE: This problem occurs to the paragraphs contained either in the same table cell or in the same row of the table. This problem does not occur to the paragraphs contained in the other rows of the table. RESOLUTIONTo work around this problem, select the text to which you want to apply the heading style and then use either of the following methods:
