WD2000: Text Color in Text Box Not Changed to White

SYMPTOMS

When you apply a fill color to a text box, the text color is not automatically changed to white.

NOTE: This problem can prevent you from seeing your text, especially if you change the fill color to black.


WORKAROUND

To work around this problem, select the text and format it as white. To do this, follow these steps:

  1. Select the text contained in the text box.


  2. On the Format menu, click Font.


  3. On the Font tab, change the Font color box to White and click OK.



STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Microsoft products listed at the beginning of this article.
