WD2000: Pleading Wizard Block Quotation Not Justified

SYMPTOMS

When you click Block Quotation on the Pleading Template toolbar, Word does not justify the selected paragraph.

CAUSE

When you click Block Quotation, Word indents the paragraph by 1/2-inch on the left and right and aligns the paragraph at the left indent.

WORKAROUND

To work around this behavior, use one of the following methods.

Method 1

1. Select the paragraph.



2. On the Formatting toolbar, click Justify.

Method 2

1. Select the paragraph.



2. On the Format menu, click Paragraph.



3. Click the Indents and Spacing tab.



4. In the Alignment box, click Justified, and then click OK.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Microsoft products listed at the beginning of this article.
