SYMPTOMS
If you use Microsoft Outlook, with Microsoft Word as your e-mail editor, when you forward or reply to an HTML mail message containing a form, the ACTION attribute of the FORM tag is removed. If you submit the form, you may receive a message in your Web browser indicating the page cannot be displayed. CAUSEThe FORM tag in the forwarded or reply message loses the ACTION attribute. For example, the FORM tag changes from something like this
to this:
WORKAROUNDTo work around this problem, disable Word as your e-mail editor before you open the message and submit the form. To do this, follow these steps:
