SYMPTOMSWhen you try to print a document containing Unicode characters entered using the Arial Unicode MS font, the text fails to print. CAUSEWhen you print to a network print server, the print job is rendered on the server with the server's resources. If the printer server does not have the font on the server, the problem described in the "Symptoms" section of this article occurs. WORKAROUND
To work around this problem, you can use one of the following methods: Method 1: Turn on Print TrueType as GraphicsTo turn on the Print TrueType as graphics option:
Method 2: Install the Arial Unicode MS Font to ServerYou can install the Arial Unicode MS font to your print server.
