SYMPTOMS
When you insert a Word document object created from file into another Word document or a Microsoft Excel 2000 workbook, any underline formatting appears raised above the baseline, giving the text the appearance of having strikethrough formatting. CAUSEThis is a display problem only. When Word creates the metafile image of the document object, it displays the object by using a screen font rather than a printer font. Because the screen font does not match the printer font, the baseline of the character falls below the position for the underline. As a result, the underline formatting runs through the bottom of the characters. WORKAROUNDTo work around this problem, increase your zoom settings. To do this in Microsoft Word, do the following:
