SYMPTOMSWhen you save as a Web page a Microsoft Word document that contains frame borders less than 4 points in width, the frame border color does not appear in Microsoft Internet Explorer. CAUSE
Word represents the borders in points, by default. Word sets the framespacing property to zero for anything less than 4 points. For example: FRAMESPACING = 0. Internet Explorer cannot use the border color when the FRAMESPACING is equal to 0. WORKAROUNDTo work around this behavior so that the frame border color appears in Internet Explorer, change the frame border property so that the width equals 4 points or greater.
