The information in this article applies to:
SYMPTOMSWhen you select text marked as a grammatical error and then you turn off the spelling and grammar checking option for the selection (on the Tools menu, point to Language, click Set Language, and then select the Do not check spelling or grammar check box), the selected text remains marked as a grammatical error. CAUSEThis behavior is by design. You must select the entire sentence to skip grammar checking within a sentence. RESOLUTIONTo resolve this problem, use the following steps:
