When you try to insert a contact from your Schedule+ Contact List using the Address Book feature in Word 2000, the following error message appears:
CAUSEYou are using Microsoft Exchange with Microsoft Schedule+ and have not upgraded to Outlook 2000 for your mail client. WORKAROUNDTo work around this problem, use one of the following methods: Method 1: Install Microsoft Outlook 2000Microsoft Outlook 2000 uses your existing Schedule+ contacts to create an updated Outlook Contact List that can be used in Word 2000.For additional information about installing Microsoft Outlook 2000, please see the following article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base: Q231946 OFF2000: How to Add/Remove a Single Office Program or Component Method 2: Open Your Schedule+ File in WordIf you first open your Schedule+ file, you can then insert a contact from your Schedule+ Contact List:
NOTE: You will not see a file open in Word. Method 3: Replace Schdmapi.dll with Schdmapi.dll from Office 97If you have Office 97, instead of installing Microsoft Outlook 2000, you can use the Schdmapi.dll file that shipped with Office 97:
