SYMPTOMSWhen you assign a shortcut key to a Visual Basic for Applications macro and then move the macro to a different module, document, or template, the assigned shortcut key no longer runs the macro. CAUSEThis behavior is by design. Word cannot track and maintain assigned shortcut key relationships to macros that are moved to different modules, documents, or templates. WORKAROUND
To work around this limitation, you can re-assign the shortcut key to the macro that has been moved.
