SYMPTOMS
After you create and save an AutoText entry containing a picture or WordArt object, when you insert the AutoText entry, the picture or WordArt object may not appear in the Preview pane on the AutoText tab. CAUSEThe Preview pane on the AutoText tab is designed to display only pictures or WordArt objects that have a wrapping style of In line with text. Pictures or WordArt objects with any of the following wrapping styles do not appear in the AutoText Preview pane:
WORKAROUND
Use one of the following methods to work around this problem: Method 1: Ignore the preview pane.When your picture or WordArt object has a wrapping style other than In line with text, the text of your document will wrap around your AutoText entry. When you insert the AutoText entry, your picture or WordArt object will not appear in the Preview pane on the AutoText tab; however, the picture or WordArt object will be inserted correctly with your AutoText entry.Method 2: Convert the picture (or WordArt object) to "In line with text".Using this method does not allow the text of your document to flow around the picture or object as you may want.To change your AutoText picture or WordArt object to In line with text, use the following steps:
