SYMPTOMS
When you create a default e-mail signature in Word 2000 and then click the E-mail button on the Standard toolbar, the default signature is not inserted into your e-mail message. CAUSE
The e-mail signature is only inserted when you use Word as your e-mail editor when you create a new message in Outlook or the chosen e-mail client. STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Microsoft products listed at the beginning of this article. Additional query words:
