SYMPTOMSWhen you use Online Collaboration (on the Tools menu, point to Online Collaboration) to enter a discussion in a document, text that is typed may appear as ANSI (garbage) text in the discussion remarks instead of readable text. CAUSE
This problem occurs when members of the discussion are using different keyboard layouts. WORKAROUND
To work around this problem, use the same keyboard layout when collaborating on a document.
