When you open a file, such as a PowerPoint presentation, that contains an embedded Word table with shading, you may see a white horizontal line within the shading at some Zoom values. CAUSEAn embedded Word table is represented by a Windows metafile (WMF). Word recalculates the metafile when you resize it, based upon your installed printer and display drivers. In some cases, Word miscalculates the metafile, which produces the white line within the table. RESOLUTIONTo work around this problem, use a larger value for the paragraph Spacing Before. For example, use 6 pt. spacing before. To do this, follow these steps:
