The information in this article applies to:
SUMMARYIf you start Word for Windows from the TopDesk virtual desktop, the "Tip of the Day" and all subsequent dialog boxes maximize. CAUSE
TopDesk sends Windows maximize calls when you start a Windows-based
application. These calls maximize the application, then they maximize
any dialog boxes that appear at startup, such as "Tip of the Day."
TopDesk then continues to maximize any dialog box as it appears.
STATUSWe are researching this problem and will post new information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available. WORKAROUNDTurn off the "Tip of the Day" option in Word to prevent TopDesk from maximizing the Word dialog boxes. MORE INFORMATION
