SYMPTOMSYou may receive the following error message when you use Microsoft Word for Windows version 2.x letter templates in the versions of Microsoft Word listed at the beginning of this article: This problem does not occur in Word 97 because Word 97 does not convert Word for Windows 2.x macros. CAUSEThis error message occurs because the SetLetterHeader macro, which is started from the AutoNew macro found in each letter template, calls a GetLogoSize function that has a reference to a Word 2.0 Paragraph formatting that is no longer valid in Word 6.0 or 7.0.
