Adjusting Label Information (Text) Location

SUMMARY
When you print a sheet of labels using Word 6.0, the label information
(text) appears, by default, in the top-left corner of the label.

Note: If you use either of the following methods in a print merge main
document, the Suppress Blank Line option does not work.
To position the text lower on the label
- From the Edit menu, choose Replace.
- In the Find What box, type ^p, for
paragraph mark.
- In the Replace With box, type ^l, without the quotation
marks), for newline mark.
- Choose the Replace All button.
- Choose the Close button.
- From the Edit menu, choose Select All.
- From the Format menu, choose Paragraph.
- Increase Line Spacing Before to the amount of empty space you want to
appear before the first line of text on your label.
- Choose OK.
To position the text farther to the right on the label
- Follow steps 1-7 above to convert the paragraph marks to newline marks.
- Increase the Left Indentation the amount you want your label text
moved to the right.
- Choose OK.
