available or could not be found
-or-
- No error occurs, but there is no action after you double-click the

RESOLUTION
You may be able to correct this problem by converting the object back to a
WordArt object. To convert a WordArt object:
- To select the object, click the object one time.
- From the Edit menu, choose WordArt Object, then choose Convert.
- In the Convert dialog box, select Microsoft WordArt 2.0 under Object
Type. Confirm that Convert To is selected and then choose OK.
If after performing this procedure, double-clicking the object still does
not activate the WordArt editor, the object is too severely corrupted or
damaged to be converted back to a WordArt 2.0 object.
