SYMPTOMSYou receive error messages such as WordBasic Error 124, "Unknown Command, Subroutine, or Function", each time you try to execute an Internet Assistant command while using the HTML template. SUMMARYCAUSE 1Internet Assistant Setup installed all of the files in the Word for Windows program directory (C:\WINWORD or C:\MSOFFICE\WINWORD) instead of the correct directories.If installing Internet Assistant version 1. 0, this problem occurred because your WINWORD6.INI file is missing, damaged, or does not contain valid paths to file locations. For Internet Assistant version 2.0, the registry must be updated to point to valid file locations. RESOLUTIONTo correctly install Internet Assistant for Word, do the following:
