SYMPTOMSWhen loading a Uniform Resource Locator (URL) that specifies a bookmark or anchor as part of the URL, Internet Assistant does not position the window to the anchor. For example, when loading the following URL, Internet Assistant positions you at the top of the document instead of jumping to the Other section: http://www.microsoft.com/pages/deskapps/word/ia/support.htm#otherThis problem does not exist when you hyperlink to bookmarks in local documents. WORKAROUNDAfter loading the URL, jump to the bookmark by clicking on the desired hyperlink.
