SYMPTOMSPressing SHIFT+F5 or Ctrl+Alt+Z (to go back to the previous editing location) in Internet Assistant does not move the insertion point to the previous editing location. CAUSEInternet Assistant disables the Go Back keyboard command for its GO BACK function. WORKAROUND
Method 1: Choose Macros from the Tools menu. Type GoBack and ensure that
the "Macros Available in:" box reads "Normal.dot (Global
Template)". Click on the Edit button. Proceed by choosing Close
from the File menu and by answering "Yes" to save the macro
changes.
MORE INFORMATIONIn Word for Windows, pressing SHIFT+F5 moves the insertion point to the last place you typed or edited text. Word also stores the last location when you save your document.
