If you need to add more than 25 items to the drop-down form, you can open
the HTML document as text only and type in the HTML markup for the <option>
items, saving the file as a text file.
MORE INFORMATIONWhen you design forms in Internet Assistant for Word, you are limited to 25 items in a drop-down form field. Word generates the following warning message if you try to exceed this limit:
