SYMPTOMSDocuments that contain Courier or Courier New fonts as part of the Normal style lose their direct formatting (bold, italic, and underline) and paragraph formatting when converted to HTML format. This behavior does not happen with other fonts, such as Times New Roman. STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Internet Assistant version 1.0.
