If you apply Page Break Before formatting to a paragraph that is a numbered
level in a list, items that are listed under the next item in the same
level may be numbered incorrectly.
the list is renumbered as follows:
NOTE: The list is renumber differently depending on the placement of the
Page Break Before formatting. For example, you may find that a level number
is repeated before the sequence continues.
