SYMPTOMS
When you insert a document that contains a bookmark in the header or
footer, you get a general protection (GP) fault (Windows), application
error (Windows NT), illegal operation (Windows 95), or Type 11 error
(Macintosh).
When you click Details, you receive the following message:
STATUSThis problem was corrected in Microsoft Word 97 for Windows and Microsoft Word 98 Macintosh Edition. WORKAROUNDTo work around this problem, place the bookmarked text in the body of the document instead of the header or footer.
