SYMPTOMSWhen you convert a Word document that contains a table that includes white text on a color background, the background color (BGCOLOR) is converted to white. As a result, your table contains white text on a white background. This problem occurs when you use the Table AutoFormat command to format your table or when you use the Table Wizard. CAUSEBy design, the AutoFormat command and the Table Wizard apply a white background color with a dark foreground color to the table. The HTML converter does not interpret the foreground color; it only converts the background color. As a result, you get white text on a white background. WORKAROUND
