SUMMARY
Internet Assistant adds HTML (Hypertext Markup Language) authoring features
to Microsoft Word versions 6.x and 7.x. After you install this add-in, you
can save Word documents in HTML format, open and preview HTML documents,
create a new HTML document using the HTML template Internet Assistant
provides, and insert hyperlinks in your documents.
KNOWN ISSUES WITH INTERNET ASSISTANTCan't Insert Images in a Word DocumentThis problem occurs when you have installed Microsoft Office 97 (or an Office 97 program, such as Microsoft Publisher 97), Microsoft Image Composer 1.x, or Picture It! 2.0, after you've installed the Internet Assistant 2.03z add-in for Word for Windows 95 (version 7.0 or 7.0a) or Word 6.0 for Windows NT. These newer Office programs install updated graphics filters for importing GIF and JPEG images. These filters are incompatible with Internet Assistant 2.03z and earlier.
