SYMPTOMSWhen you use the File command on the Insert menu to insert a file, if the inserted document contains a numbered list with a multilevel format, the list will change to an outline number format. For example, a list formatted with legal numbering may be changed to outline numbering. WORKAROUNDTo work around this problem, use the following steps after you insert the document:
