SYMPTOMS
When you check spelling in a Microsoft Word 95 (7.0) document, the "The
spelling check is complete" message may be complete even though no spelling
errors in the document were found or corrected.
CAUSEThe Find Fast Indexing program that ships with Office 95 is not functioning properly and is interfering with the proofing tools. RESOLUTION
To resolve this problem, you must disable the Find Fast Indexer. To disable
Find Fast, you must delete the Find Fast index files. To do this, use the
following steps:

STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed this to be a problem with Find Fast Indexer version 1.0 for Windows 95. We are researching this problem and will post new information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
