DMM: Screen Appears to Hang When Importing Text File

SYMPTOMS

When importing a text file to use as an address list inside Direct Mail Manager, the Delimited Text File Options screen appears to hang. The insertion point remains in an hourglass state until you click OK or Cancel with the hourglass.

WORKAROUND

To work around this problem, you must select which type of delimited text file address list you are importing by clicking the tab for Tab, Comma, Space, or Other. The mouse pointer will resemble an hourglass, but you can still use it to select a delimiter.
