This feature allows you to have portrait text and landscape text in the same document, but on different pages. Each division (Word version 5.0)/section (Word versions 5.5, 6.0) in a document can have only one orientation. Although a page can have more than one division/section, you cannot print in both portrait and landscape text on the same page because of the method Word uses to perform autorotation. MORE INFORMATION
Word version 5.0 determines the orientation of a page by the values set in
the "page length:" and "width:" fields of the the Format Division Margins
command.
