Steps to Reproduce Problem

  1. Open an existing Full Page document. From the Format menu, choose Columns, and format the document to be three columns.

  2. Position the insertion point at the top of either column 2 or 3 on any page of the document. From the Insert menu, choose Frame.

  3. Select the frame. From the Format menu, and select Frame.

  4. Format the frame's Horizontal position to be centered Relative To Column.

  5. Choose the OK button.

The frame moves to the top of the previous column.
