You can use an INCLUDETEXT (called INCLUDE in version 2.x and prior) field
to insert a portion of a file or an entire file into a separate file. If
the included file is not in Word for Windows format, you can use the \c
switch with the INCLUDETEXT field to indicate which converter should be
used.
