SYMPTOMSYou will not be able to use your mouse to change the height of the last row in a table when all of the following are true:
CAUSE
This behavior is by design. When you are in Online Layout view, the page
size is set to be the height of the window. If the table row at the bottom
of the page will not fit onto the first page, it is moved to the second
page.
WORKAROUNDMethod 1: Change the Row Height of a Particular Row in Online View
Method 2: Change the View to Page LayoutOn the View menu, click Page Layout. Once you do this, you should be able to use your mouse to adjust the table rows.Additional query words:
