SYMPTOMSWhen you click Customize on the Tools menu, you cannot remove the Customize menu item by dragging the menu item to the Customize dialog box or to another toolbar. CAUSEBy design, you are unable to perform this action because the Customize menu option is active. WORKAROUNDUse one of the following methods as a workaround.
