SYMPTOMS
When you click Send To Mail Recipient on the File menu in Word, the
WordMail design template is not displayed in the new mail message.
CAUSE
This problem occurs when any of the following e-mail templates is selected
when Word is your e-mail editor:
WORKAROUNDTo keep the e-mail template look in your e-mail message, use one of the following methods. Method 1: Insert the Word Document in a New Mail Message
Method 2: Copy and Paste Your Word Document in a New Mail Message
