WD97: Invalid Page Fault When You Click ActiveX Control in Document Protected for Comments

SYMPTOMS

When you double-click an ActiveX control--for example, a text box control--in a Word document that is protected for comments, you receive a message similar to this:

WINWORD caused an invalid page fault in module VBA332.DLL at 0137:6523e408


STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Microsoft products listed at the beginning of this article.
